The act of repeatedly expelling tiny sneezes instead of one large sneeze. Usually sounds kinda like a cat sneezing.

Hick-Down 

The opposite of a hick-up. The noise you make when you hick-up and either burp or swallow at the same time, causing a strangled feeling.

Damn, I just did a hick-down and now my throats killin me.
