Short for siz-packed. In volleyball when a ball is spiked at you and you try and bump it but it slams into either you chest or your stomach.

a disease contracted when near valconoes. Caused by the hook shaped dust particles of volcanic ash hooking to the inside of your lungs. Every time you cough the hooks cut into your lungs and rip them. Pretty soon you are coughing up blood, then pieces of your lungs.
Man, I got pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. Seem, heres my right lung. Oh shit, heres comes my left.
