To be used as an exclamation of a noteworthy, celebratory, achievement, or other positive event. The volume, intensity and non-verbal cues used can be indexed to identify the level of accomplishment.
Example 1: two friends talking
Friend 1: man I've got great news: I've got a girlfriend now!
Friend 2: "jumps up from seated position, arms thrown in air, loudly yells" "BIG UPS!!!"
Example 2: waiting on a notification for food delivery
Food orderer: "alright food is on its way"
Hungry friend: "good deal. Big ups" ( not yelled loudly, the friend's tone or voice is at a normal conversation volume
