Irish slang for z-drug sleep medication. The word comes from the brand name zimovane, which is a prescription sleeping pill containing zopiclone.

Person: I overdid it with the stimulants this weekend, I haven't slept in 3 days, what do I do?

Friend: Get a couple of zimmos into you.
