1/ A term of endearment.
2/ A substitute for numbers in a game of "Buzz".
3/ Something one might say in a state of alcohol related intoxication once real words have escaped their vocabulary.

Origins - First heard in a game of "Buzz" in the South East of England on 13th October 2006, the word Wugmuffin was used as a substitute for the number one.
As a term of endearment: "Oh, I do love you, my little Wugmuffin!"

In a game of "Buzz": "Wugmuffin, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Buzz!"

Used by a person in a drunk state: "Glurgalaaraa wugmuffin blerereg mertizera!"
