This word describes a female that likes to dress inappropriately while trying to gain many guy's attention. They dress in very revealing cloths with much of their cleavage and butt checks hanging out. Many times they will wear different hoodies and jackets, as to not give the people a show without paying. You also might use this in replace of the word prostitute.
