A combination of wtf and lolz. Wtf is used when amazed or confused on the internet and lolz is used to enhance lol, which means laugh out loud. The two combine and create a great nuclear explosion of amazement and laughing out loud.

An exclamation of extreme surprise, used when writing online and not commonly pronounced, can be combined with OMG for an extra surprise/irony.

Girl: and then I opened the closet and found A DEAD BODY!!

Wtflol is a combination of wtf - what the f**k and lol - laughing out loud. It's meaning is simple and expresses a state of amusement and being surprised at the same tim. Used in mmo games when a lowbie char is trying to pwn u, gets flagged and then being 1shot by you.
