A crime in which one party commits an act which a woman finds accusable of a some moral failing and thus, by the moral benefit of the doubt her gender holds, automatically convicts that party without recourse.

Reddit user MrJoeAverage was asked by another user, RedWhiteAndBoo!, to explain himself. He does so. Turns out RedWhiteAndBoo! is a woman and she then womdemns MrJoeAverage of mansplaining. There is nothing MrJoeAverage can now do to explain he didn't know RedWhiteAndBoo! was a woman when she asked for explanation.
