A person who you wish was your boo, but currently is not.

John Somebody - "I really want that girl Ashley to be mine..."

Joe Somebody - "Yo Jim, I heard John has a wishaboo named Ashley."

Jim Somebody - "Yup. Hopefully he won't be a bugaboo to her..."
