vinyasa

a form of yoga that many believe is new and trendy-
it isn't.....
it really means a yoga style that moves dynamically and from one pose to another and linked with the breath- many type a's are drawn to this type of yoga because you move and flow.

its traditional - sanskrit meaning is " to place in a special way"

vinyasa is sort of like asthanga yoga, but more creative
and less ridgid - and if your lucky you have a great teacher and awesome music to flow. vinyasa yoga is like a body holiday compared to iyengar yoga .

Vinyamar

Fortress-city in Beleriand, mentioned in Tolkien's work The Silmarillion. It was located in the Falas and was part of the realm of Cirdan. Like Eglarest, it became a haven for elves fleeing after the Nirnaeth Arnoediad, until it was successfully besieged and sacked by Morgoth's forces. Surviving elves fled to Balar.

It is a coastal city with a mighty tower.
