Anyone you know personally or work related that will dither for weeks or months about making a decision or providing documents required for a task, and once they decide/provide, will call you every five minutes asking "Are you done yet?"
You work as a loan officer and have coached, cajoled and counseled an urgeturd for weeks or months, and just days before sends in required documents to start the approval process and starts the process of calling your every five minutes for a decision.
