Like an Uncle Tom, but for the LGBTQ crowd. Someone who sells out their people in exchange for favors or status with the ruling class.
My boss said that I shouldn't kiss my partner goodbye in front of the office because it offends my co-workers, even though he's gay too! What an Uncle Peter!
