A few years ago in Australia it was common practice for weed dealers to charge 40 Australian dollars for 2 grams of weed. Out of the blue a great deal starts being offered by entrepreneurial business, 2 grams of weed for 30 dollars which was the birth of the word twofa (Called Twofa 30 in it's earlier days, slang for "Two for 30")
