One who tweets via twitter while at the wheel of a motor vehicle or while operating heavy machinery. This, more often than not, results in serious injury and/or death.

Passenger: "Look at that asshole tweeler, cut him off."
Driver: "I'll give you something to tweet about emo fag!"

Wade is such a tweeler. I am surprised he has only impaled three people with his forklift today.

A condition a Twitter user experiences when they lose the ability tweet or retweet messages on Twitter.

This is the worst time to have this case of Tweeter's Block. I've got so much going on right now, if I don't tweet something, I'm going to hurt my personal brand.

Tweelete: To delete a tweet on Twitter after you've already sent it out to everyone, in an effort to hide what asinine thing you just tweeted.

Also: tweeleted, tweeleting, tweeletion, tweeleter, etc.

Oh, that Mrs. Private Citizen Half-term Governor Palin just tweeleted again! I guess she didn't have anyone do any fact checking for her before she sent out that tweet. Someone told her to tweelete it so nobody can find out how stupid she really is! palinized
