Term coined by Mr. T to refer to a lame, loser, thug who just lost to the A-Team. Suggests that the thug may have been fat, slow-moving, or outdated in some way (using old technology)

I pity the foo' thugasaur, tries to take over the world and goes home cryin' to his mama!
