They are easy to identify having shades on and walking looking at the buildings like they never seen an old appartment building before. They will try to talk in portuguese and fail miserably by either speaking it like its spanish, saying the words in a heavy english accent and smile like weirdos or just say "ora pois" a thousand times (in the Brazilian case). Please stay away from this people to prevent having a stroke. They also probably think that Cristiano Ronaldo is the president or something.
