Derived from Star Wars in which various characters use the line to describe someone as powerful in the Force. Also used to describe someone with a very valuable ability and/or talent that is innate and unlearned as opposed to something worked at or achieved by effort.

(Oz accidentally runs into a bunch of women, and they follow him back to a formerly sausage fest party)
Jim: Incredible.
Stifler: (Nodding) The Force is strong in him.
