To play tetris for so long that you go into a coma like state where you do nothing but breathe and play tetris.
Mom:"John went into a tetris coma this week."
Relative:"What's that?"
Mom:"He was playing tetris on his laptop for so long he wouldn't respond to anyone anymore and only played it."
Relative:"What's that?"
