When one person gives a toke to another by blowing smoke into their lungs; a joint is placed carefully with the flame end in toke-giver's mouth and exhales into the receiver's mouth. Can also be given during a kiss after having toked off a pipe/bong/joint.

Volchok rolled out of bed to wake-and-bake after a night of bacchanlia; booze, coke and sex were the order of the night and the genesis for the hangover he was trying to smoke away.
