African-Americans that are really, really, REALLY dark-skinned; so black that it almost seems abnormal. Most commonly found down south, somewhat rare up north, but can still be found.
Person 1: That nigger is really fuckin' black. In fact, he's darker than most niggers I've ever seen.
Person 2: Fuckin' soulja apes! They're everywhere down south.
