Seraitis 

When a person or persons start behaving like the titular "sera" in their actions. Showing lack of thinking skills, communication skills, and basic human functions.

"Hey I gotta tell you something."
"What?"
"Uhhhh I forgot hahahahah."
"Dude, you have a serious case of seraitis, thats the third time TODAY you've done this."
