simply put, a cholo in the snow; typically found on the slopes of Southern California mountains that consider proper dress for snow-topped peaks to be a puffy Raiders jacket and jeans.

Rarely do they stray from the bunny slope or learner's runs. They try to learn how to ride on their own, making them prime targets when dropping snow off of your board or skis whilst on the chair lift.
it's best to get your warm up runs on the easy trails done early before it gets over crowded with snowlos trying to figure out how to ride.
