smugsplain

A condescending, patronizing, arrogant, and, above all, SMUG explanation from somebody who understands almost nothing about a subject but is convinced that he knows more about it than anybody on the planet. The smugness comes from the belief that he is both the world's greatest expert on the topic and, despite (mistakenly) feeling superior to the rest of humanity, is capable of explaining it down to their level.

On QI XL, Stephen Fry smugsplained how GPS works, getting it completely wrong.

Susplaining

When you’re playing among us and someone who you think is sus tries to explain why they’re not the imposter, but you know they’re lying.

I literally saw red vent. Then when I confront him at an emergency meeting, he begins susplaining on why it wasn’t him.

Smugomplain

The type of person who lives a well off and cultured life who then decides to make it seem such a burden upon their lives to those who cannot afford their lifestyle. In doing so they are bragging about what a great life they actually have.

"I've just been travelling around the world and now I can't seem to sit still in one spot anymore. I hate life."

"Really, can you not Smugomplain as I fall back into debt?"

soulsplain

The concept of describing video games as easy only if you have particular items or have made specific skill choices with your character. Also includes ignorantly remembering your experience with a video game to be far easier than it was.

"Margit wasn't even hard dude. I beat her in 4 tries. Have you visited the gay elf on top of undead shrine under the starting area yet?"

Sigsplaining

When the general manager of the Sky Casino, Sigma (from Bungou Stray Dogs), adopts a form of mansplaining that he uses on others and himself.

Sigma: "Cooking knives?! She must've gotten them from the kitchen!"
Viewer: "Pookie ily you're so beautiful and u deserve sm but pls stop sigsplaining everything..."
