If the tobacco on your last drag falls out, leaving only the burn filter inside, your smokin' filter. This is thought to be the worst part of the cigarette containing the most chemicals, and is also a sign of a money tight smoker who cant waste a single drag. (Im guilty of this from time to time)

Derived from times that a smoker takes so much from a cigarette they burn through the tobacco and start inhaling burnt filter as well.
