If someone asks for something or you offer something that you don't have or don't want to give them you say skwahn to signify that you aren't really going to give them it.

Nick: Hey, can I get a piece of gum?

Thomas: Hey, you want this computer?
David: Sure!
Thomas: SKWAHN!

James: You think I have a chance with that girl?
Mike: Yeah definitely... SkWAHN!

Skwanky

Someone who thinks they are very posh, elegant or swank, but in reality they are totally skanky. These include, but are not limited to people that dress head to toe in designer clothing with the label or logo emblazoned on every square inch of their body, women that insist on wearing high heels even though they stomp around like horses, men who bathe in cologne and wear too much jewelry, anyone with a dog breed that has teacup as a prefix (usually carried around in a hideous bag made especially for it with logo of choice), people that think just because you spent a lot of money on it's classy, et cetera.

What is she thinking with those extensions and that dress?!

I have no idea, but she's totally skwanky.
