The flaky skin that people with Psoriasis (or other sick skin diseases e.g. Dermatitis, eczema) shed on a daily basis and even more so when touched or when in a nervous state.

Sam: Hey, you going to watch that choad Joe's big night? Hope he gets really nervous and starts flaking all over the place
Paul: Thats nasty Sam even for you
Sam: Since when did you become Mr. "i have morals"
Paul: Excellent point Sam, I hope the skinflaking haired bastard shits t-gel over himself
