snowboarding jargon used to describe:
1) a seemingly impossible trick that someone has just nailed.
2)a really hot female that just passed by.
3)phenomenal snow conditions.

1) Dude, that was a sicky fresh 1080 off that 100' cliff.
2)That blondie over there is sicky fresh.
3)The slope has some sicky fresh pow today!
