Shmoking me

A phrase used to describe when someone is being unfair, a bitch, or just plain racist. Used by the people of Gates Chili in Rochester,NY. The h is used for emphasis and the phrase is said in a arrogant tone. Another iteration of this phrase is "Sucking me!"
