When you feel like you want to die because something bad happened to you (or you just feel like it) and you let everyone know about it for no reason at all. When you're having a sara moment you are likely to experience strange and disturbing visions that maybe you should talk about with your psychiatrist without alerting your friends who live in another country and can't do anything about it.
