This is a term used when someone messes up on something or fails badly.

Guy 1: Crap, i got a F on that test
Guy 2: Yeah, you raped the donkey on that

Guy 1: Oh damn, someone stole my bike
Guy 2: Haha, shame. You raped the donkey
Guy1: Fuck you. Go rape a donkey.
Guy 2: Just cause you did
