A variation on the slang "roflcopter". Doesn't really mean anything, and its humor comes from using it in the most obscure of places.

Person 1: What kind of car do you drive?
Person 2: A rafflecapter.
Person 1: Ugh.. I can't ever get a straight answer from you.

originates from the word raggamuffin and as created my me and my friend charlie used mainly by greebos and rockers etc. it is hated by chavs so use it when you can e.g

Chav: hey u mo-fo
you/anyone: fuck off
Chav: wat u gonna do biatch
you/anyone: shut it u rufflecopter
Chav: wat the fuk mate (walks off)
