A qwisser is a person who talks trash about their own gender just to fit in with the opposite gender even if what they say is a lie.

john: men should all go to jail for being men because 99% of crimes are men and women make up 90% of all jobs including the army and all men have rapped and or killed at least on women in their lives.
john: men should not have a say in aborting because the man was no the one who had the baby therefore they should not have a say but should still have to pay child support because a women deserves better rights than a man since they have oppressed since the beginning of the human species

Qwisher 

1. A Qwisher is a person who's wishfulness is entirely deluded and goes off on tangents.

2. A person who keeps making philosophical anomolies.

3. A person that debates with a biased sense and uses large possibility in which they later reinforce as being a fact for their continuous debate.

The patriots were being a Qwisher and said the declassified document wasn't by a credible encyclopedia.
