A strange man or woman who rides a vehicle that is a mix between a bicycle and a motorcycle. He/she uses this to ride around everywhere he/she goes. This vehicle makes an annoying noise like a motorcycle, yet has about less 1 horsepower and is basically a bike with a motor. It is completely pointless.
