Quattrolingual

Quattrolingual means that you speak or can conversate in four separate languages.

Not to be confused with quarterlingual, a made-up term.

"I speak English, Irish, Spanish & Catalan, therefore I am quattrolingual."

You're quadlingual when you speak four languages fluently.

Guy one: What languages do you speak?
Guy two: I speak English, Spanish, Danish and German.
Guy one: So you're quadlingual?
