An abbreviation for "cute guy." As in it refers to to sound made when one pronounces 'cute' (key-ute), or in this case 'Q'.

Friend1: "What're you doing?"
Friend2: "Nut'n, jus' talkin to dis qguy on tumblr"
Friend1: "What the hell is a qguy?"
