Pulled a Chameleon

Pulled a Chameleon refers to a guy dressing up as a women, then tricking a man into have sex. The man who is cross dressed (the Chameleon) pulls one over on an unsuspecting man.

Bob dressed up like a women and then went into the city a pulled a chameleon on a business man.
