Pulled a Mika

When you say you're going to do something, but you don't do it, or if you do do it, you don't finish it until 6 months later.

Lain: Oi, have you finished it yet?
Francis: Yup, I've got it all done.
--7 months later--
Lain: ...you done yet?
Francis: Uh....it's almost done.
Lain: *facepalm* Oh my god, you pulled a Mika on me....
