A person whose behavior implies they are slightly out of touch with some aspect of reality or unable to clearly see some aspect of it. This shortcoming is not as a result of a physical handicap.

All the puddwhacks congregate to the chess club. That puddwhack needs someone to help him get dressed.

<or pudwack> Similar to a jerkoff, but far more lame. One who is wack, a dick, and or pansy ass; more so than most people anyone knows. A fool, a person who should know better but stil doesn't somehow. The absolute essence wackin off embodies most actions of this person.

The fakey, out-of-a-box Irishness that insists on the same damned songs and the same damned menu and the same damned Guinness advertisements on the wall of every Irish bar outside of Ireland.
Seen in nearly every film which features a non Irish actor doing an Irish accent. Notable exceptions include Daniel Day Lewis in "In The Name of The Father" and Bradd Pitt in "Snatch".
