pretember 

When one person is attempting to reference a memorable experience with another individual the other doesn't always remember the event. In order to avoid an awkward episode of the story teller trying to jar the memory of the other party, one will "pretember" the event. They will pretend to remember so that the story may go on.

Mike: "Hey Joe, do you remember that time as kids when we went to the neighbor's house and snooped around?" Joe: "No, Mike, I don't remember that." Joe: "Really? It was that yellow house next door and it was raining that day." At this point Mike just wants Joe to get on with the story, so he implements his pretembering. Mike: "Oh yeah! I pretember that!"

premember 

To foretell - accurately.
A regular verb.
Just as remember is in the past - after an event looking back, so premember is something you do before an event, looking ahead.

Just as the French have a phrase 'deja vu' we English use premember; so - "Shall we premember the score of tonight's big match?"
or
"There he sits, premembering his order at the chip shop."
"Yeah, and I'll have a large cod with vinegar, no salt; d'you reckon he'll premember that?"

Pretender 

A woman who initially attempts to give men the impression that she is a prude and does not indulge in casual sex, but behind closed doors, she is very kinky and more than willing to engage in short-term, non-monogamous 'casual' sex with a man.

Mexican Pretender

A person of mainly or full Mexican descent who fancies himself/herself as a Native American in order to gain status, usually based on similair features and/or surnames.

A slang-term for Native Americans to put down other Native Americans by implying they are "half breeds" or not true Native Americans. Also used to imply inferiority.

"The Salgados shouldn't even live on the reservation, theyre just Mexican pretenders"
