When someone tries to excrete whilst running at maximum speed. The objective being to cover the longest distance possible before the Poo stops. The end result is a 'Poo Run'.

The act of getting naked when intoxicated, placing about one metre of 'poo tickets'(toilet paper)in between the bum cheeks, setting the end on fire, and running to extinguish.
