Adjective to described someone who likes to donate money or do charity work conveniently in tropical locations where they then can be photographed frolicking in native waters with people other than their spouses.

Mary: Hey, did you see the church group is sending people over to volunteer in the caribbean? I mean there's nothing really wrong there... but it sounds like fun! Maybe I'll meet a hot island boy all while doing a good deed!
