Pewoi is derived from the Indonesian words “Ape woy” which is used when you hear or see something beyond absurd and indecipherable that makes you cringe. At that point, you can’t really do anything except saying this word.
“Pengen punya cewe yang kalo siang demen ngak ngik nguk, kalo malem demennya jedar jedor”
“Hah... pewoi”
