Paralyric

The musical equivalent of a paraphrase. Although usually used for parody purposes, paralyrics can also be used to illustrate a point or to re-create a love song for that special someone. Pronounced pa-ra-le-rik.

"they see me all white n' nerdy" or a paralyric from any other Weird Al Yankovic song.
