When an person blocks another person on all forms of social media/ virtual communication, including but not limited to phone calls, texts, FaceTime, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, email, etc. Usually a dramatic means of limiting all forms of communication with someone and also meant to send a message. Very common in break-ups.
