A person who is clumsy in movement or action, often falling over unceremoniously or spilling drinks whilst at once remaining mysteriously unscathed yet primed for the next inelegant mishap.

Derived from the middle eastern phrase 'clumsy camel'.

She was happily walking along when, all of a sudden, she fell down a flight of stairs. She then dusted herself off and continued on her way. What a Palagmaga!
