Someone who is an alcoholic. Someone who drinks a lot and very often, even during the day. Someone who is drunk all the time.

Girl 1: Hey can I sleep over at your house tonight?
Girl 2: Not tonight. You know my mom is on the booze hard. She'll be passed out.
