Also known as niggaiasis or niggaitis, a person who contains any of the following: warm weather bitchassedness, full course meals before 10 a.m., random questions at random times, metallic shoes, random sleepiness, spending checks on wants before needs, and the feeling of I just dont give a f**k. This disease is slowly becoming a pandemic amongst all people (especially college students) and is referred to as "Dumb-assed disease."

I got three babies and one more on the way forget child support I'm buying some rims, Damn I think I'm contracting Niggeriasis.

OR

I don't care if I got a test tomorrow I'm going to the club, f**k class, sounds like I got Niggeriasis.

To feel sleepy after eating is referred to in and around the Caribbean
as having "niggeritis", a direct allusion to the lazinessof Africans.

The dazed state of inactivity or sleep brought on by extensive over-eating, after the Trinidadian snake that devours small animals whole and lies in the same place for several days after, digesting; the politically correct or polite version is "Macajuel syndrome" of the more well-known but less socially acceptable "niggeritis"

I cannot attend the meeting after lunch becuase of niggeritis.
