neargasm 

noun - to almost have an orgasm, particularly in men. A neargasam is a mini-orgasm which includes partial ejaculation. There is no refractory period. Dick stays hard for continued sex after the neargasm. A proper orgasm, with refractory period, follows later, after the neargasm.
After having sex for a few minutes, I had a neargasm, which really lubed things up in there. We had sex for another 20 minutes before I finally came.

Nearger is pronounced just as it is spelled. It is a new term to describe "wiggers" and/or mulattos. It is for all people that you would want to call the N word, but they aren't black or 100% black, thereby, they are Neargers and not the other N word that sounds similiar.
