Someone who is so stupid that they try to blame others that they were not educated very well. It is also for the idiots who always say edumacation instead of education.

Hillary Clinton was misunderedumacated as a young man in sex ed. and still hasn't figured out that, that is a weiner she has.

1) the act or process of attempting to impart knowledge/wisdom on the person being educated and failing miserably.

2) to be the recipeint of such a mediocre education as mentioned above that it will quite possibly make you dumber than you were before.

George Bush: My new plan, the no child left behind act, will ensure that no child recieves a mediocre misundereducation like i obviously have.
