often used to desciribe a girl who looks amazingly pretty, but so full of herself, that she thinks she is too good for every boy.

boy # 1:"hey. look at that girl, she looks just like a minelia."
boy # 2: "yeah, let's go ask her out.
*they run over too her*
boy # 1:"will you go on a date with me?"
girl: "no."
boy # 2: "will you go out with me?"
girl: "eww, you think that i will go out with the like of you?"
